These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all reservations, ticket purchases and participation in activities offered by Flying Ravana Adventure Park, operated by Vella Adventures (Pvt) Ltd (“Flying Ravana”, “FRAP”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By making a reservation, purchasing a ticket or participating in any activity, the guest confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

1. Reservations & Booking
   • Reservations may be made through the following booking channels:

• Official Flying Ravana Adventure Park website;
• FIT/direct bookings; and
• Approved travel agents.
  • Full payment is required to confirm a reservation. A reservation will not be considered confirmed until the required payment has been received.
  • Travel agents must complete payment at least five (5) days prior to the scheduled activity date.
  • A booking confirmation will be issued once the applicable payment requirements have been fulfilled.
  • Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking and participant information at the time of reservation.

2. Payment Terms
   • The following payment methods are accepted, subject to availability:

• Cash: LKR, USD, EUR, GBP and AUD.
• Cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay and Diners Club.
• Other payment methods: KOKO, Mint and QR payments
  • The applicable activity price, taxes and charges, where applicable, will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Where a payment is processed through a third-party payment provider, the provider’s applicable terms may also apply.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
   • Cancellation requests must be communicated at least forty-eight (48) hours before the reserved activity date.
   • Flying Ravana operates a strict no-refund policy, except where the activity cannot be operated by Flying Ravana due to circumstances covered under this policy.
   • Where Flying Ravana is required to cease operations on the date of the booking, the applicable booking amount may be refunded in accordance with the company’s operational decision.
   • In the event of heavy rain or adverse weather conditions that prevent the safe operation of an activity, Flying Ravana may suspend or cancel the activity and process the applicable refund.
   • Refunds will not be applicable to no-show reservations. A no-show will be charged at the full applicable booking amount.
   • Refund processing timelines may depend on the payment method and payment service provider.

4. Amendments & Rescheduling:
   • Requests to amend or reschedule a reservation must be communicated to Vella Adventures (Pvt) Ltd at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled activity date.
   • Amendments and rescheduling are subject to availability and operational feasibility.
   • Any applicable charges arising from amendments or rescheduling will be communicated to the guest before confirmation.
   • Flying Ravana reserves the right to decline a requested amendment where the requested date, time or activity is unavailable.

5. Arrival and Check-in:
   • All participants must report to the designated reception/check-in point at least thirty (30) minutes before the reserved activity slot.
   • Guests arriving late may not be permitted to participate if their late arrival affects safety, operational requirements or the scheduled activity.
   • In such circumstances, the booking may be treated as a no-show and may not qualify for a refund.

6. Guest Identification & Eligibility:
   • Sri Lankan Rate: Guests requesting the applicable Sri Lankan rate must present a valid identification document accepted by Flying Ravana, including:

• National Identity Card (NIC);
• Passport;
• Driving Licence;
• Dual Citizenship Certificate;
• Residence Visa; or
• Diplomatic ID Card.
• Foreign Guest Rate: Foreign guests must provide their Passport or Driving Licence details as required for participation.
• Minimum Age:

• The minimum age for participation in activities is six (6) years.
• Children aged four (4) years and above may participate in the Skywalk activity only, subject to the applicable safety requirements.
  • Child Definition: For policy and pricing purposes, a child is defined as a guest aged fifteen (15) years or below.
  • ATV: All ATV participants must present a valid Driving Licence at the reception counter before participating.
  • Activity-Specific Requirements:

Participation is subject to the applicable age, physical, safety, equipment and other eligibility requirements for the particular activity. Guests must comply with all instructions given by FRAP personnel before and during participation.

7. Safety Requirements:
   • Guests must follow all safety instructions, signs, instructions and directions provided by Flying Ravana personnel.
   • Safety equipment provided by Flying Ravana must be used correctly and must not be removed or misused during an activity.
   • Guests must immediately inform FRAP staff of any condition, injury or circumstance that may affect their ability to participate safely.
   • Flying Ravana reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation where a guest does not meet applicable safety requirements or fails to follow safety instructions.
   • Participation in adventure activities involves inherent risks. Guests voluntarily participate subject to the applicable safety requirements and these Terms.

8. Guest Conduct & Property Rules:
   • Guests must behave responsibly and follow all instructions issued by FRAP personnel.
   • Smoking is prohibited inside the deck area. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas and is strictly prohibited after safety equipment has been issued.
   • Guests must not engage in conduct that may endanger themselves, other guests, employees or property.
   • Guests must not intentionally misuse, damage or interfere with equipment, structures, safety systems or other property belonging to Flying Ravana.
   • Flying Ravana reserves the right to suspend or refuse participation where a guest’s conduct presents a safety or operational risk.

9. Personal Belongings:
   • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting and participating in activities at Flying Ravana.
   • Flying Ravana will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings except to the extent that such responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
   • Guests are advised not to bring valuables or unnecessary personal items to activity areas.

10. Liability:
    • Guests acknowledge that Flying Ravana’s activities may involve inherent risks associated with adventure and recreational activities.
    • Guests must comply with all safety instructions and applicable participation requirements.
    • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flying Ravana shall not be responsible for loss, damage, injury or other consequences arising from a guest’s failure to comply with safety instructions, eligibility requirements or reasonable directions.
    • Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
    • Guests remain responsible for their own conduct and for any loss or damage caused by their intentional or negligent acts, subject to applicable law.

11. Weather, Force Majeure & Operational Suspension:
    • Flying Ravana may suspend, postpone, modify or cancel an activity where operation is affected by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

• heavy rain or severe weather;
• natural disasters;
• landslides or other environmental conditions;
• government restrictions or orders;
• safety-related operational restrictions; or
• other circumstances that make operation unsafe or impracticable.
  • Where an activity is cancelled by Flying Ravana due to such circumstances, the applicable refund, rescheduling or alternative arrangement will be determined in accordance with the prevailing operational conditions and this Terms & Conditions policy.

12. Photography & Recording:
    • Where photography or video recording is undertaken by Flying Ravana for operational, safety, promotional or marketing purposes, the use of identifiable guest images should be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy requirements and any consent process implemented by FRAP.

13. Right to Refuse Participation:
    • Flying Ravana reserves the right to refuse, suspend or discontinue participation where:

• the participant does not meet the applicable eligibility requirements;
• required identification or documentation is not provided;
• safety instructions are not followed;
• the participant behaves in a manner that creates a safety or operational risk; or
• operational, weather or other circumstances make participation unsafe.
  • Any refund resulting from such refusal will be determined in accordance with the applicable refund policy and the circumstances involved.

14. Changes to These Terms:
    • Flying Ravana may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, safety, legal or regulatory requirements.
    • The latest version published on the official website will apply to future bookings unless otherwise required by law.

15. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts of Sri Lanka.
